Cadet Commander

C/Maj Kismet Miller serves as the Cadet Commander of the Civil Air Patrol College Park Composite Squadron. In this role, she is the principal cadet in the squadron and is responsible for leading and managing the Squadron’s Corps of Cadets.

C/Maj Miller has participated in encampment and completed the Hawk Mountain Ranger School, demonstrating advanced training in leadership, teamwork, and emergency services. She further expanded her leadership experience by completing the Regional Cadet Leadership School in December 2025.

As Cadet Commander, C/Maj Miller is committed to developing cadets, upholding CAP standards, and leading the squadron with professionalism, dedication, and integrity.
