First Sergeant

C/MSgt Leonard Hall serves as the First Sergeant of the Civil Air Patrol College Park Composite Squadron. He joined CAP in March 2024 and has quickly become an active and dedicated member of the squadron.

Since joining, C/MSgt Hall has completed General Emergency Services training and has participated in encampment, where he further developed his leadership, teamwork, and discipline. As First Sergeant, he is committed to supporting cadets, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive and motivated squadron environment.

C/MSgt Hall takes pride in helping cadets succeed and in contributing to the squadron’s mission of service, leadership, and excellence.
